Thank you for shopping with Hadley Designs. We are committed to delivering your order accurately and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.


Order Processing

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This means your order has been received and your payment has been processed.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Timeframes:
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: 3–4 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.


Important Shipping Information (Please Read)

Multiple Shipments:
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately. This means you may receive one package before the rest of your order arrives.

If your tracking shows β€œdelivered,” it may only apply to part of your order. The remaining items are still on the way.

Additional tracking numbers will be sent as each shipment leaves our warehouse.

No action is needed if you receive part of your order first. Your remaining items are already in progress.


Pre-Orders

From time to time, certain products may be offered on pre-order.

If your order includes a pre-order item:
β€’ The estimated shipping window will be shown on the product page
β€’ Pre-order items ship once inventory becomes available
β€’ Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items may arrive in separate shipments

Please note that pre-order timelines are estimates and may shift slightly based on production and shipping conditions.

We primarily use:
Amazon Logistics and other trusted delivery partners


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking updates for each shipment.


Damaged or Lost Packages

Hadley Designs is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged items for the claims process.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Orders cannot be split across multiple addresses. Please place separate orders if needed.
